You may only access this “Instruction Manual” if you have been expressly authorised by Breton S.p.A.to do so, with the latter reserving the right to suspend the service and/or disable access at any time, without providing notice.
At the same time, I hereby undertake:
1) to use the Breton S.p.A. marks provided, as well as all related elements (images, fonts, etc.) contained in this “Instruction Manual”, in full compliance with the rules stated herein so as not to harm the Company’s image, accepting all liability for any damages caused;
2) to keep the information contained in this "Instruction Manual” completely confidential, considering this information to be strictly confidential and the exclusive property of Breton S.p.A., refraining from disclosing all or part of said information to third parties (art. 1381 of the Italian Civil Code);
3) not to disclose any of the data, digital files or information contained in this “Instruction Manual” and not to keep any copy or reproduction of said material without the written authorisation of Breton S.p.A..
By sending this form, you are giving your consent for Breton S.p.A. to process your personal data, pursuant to Italian Law no. UE 2016/679, for processing and archiving purposes, without prejudice to the rights you may exercise as per art. 13 of said law.
